Free freight shipping with curbside delivery is included in all orders.

• Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your order to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• Shipping freight allows us to offer free shipping to customers while keeping our prices low.
• In addition, shipping items strapped to a sturdy pallet is the most effective way to prevent damage during shipping.

• This service does not include setup, placement, or removal of packaging materials. However, Delivery Upgrades are available for this model.
• Note: our products are shipped by freight (large trucks, 30 to 52 feet long, with lift gates). Freight carriers may use semi-trucks for residential deliveries.
• Due to the truck's size, not all addresses are accessible. Some locations that may have issues:
  • Dense rural areas with no unloading zones
  • Unpaved/dirt roads
  • Streets where a truck may not be able to turn around
  • Any Streets that the truck cannot access without the risk of damage
• If the driver deems the location a liability to deliver to, the delivery may not be able to be completed.

• Weather & Other Uncontrollable Events Disclosure: All shipments are subject to weather or other delays out of our control (i.e. traffic, road closures, etc.). Drivers are required to reduce speed or park if conditions are hazardous. Although it is rare, please be patient if this occurs, and know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.

Choose between Unassembled or Fully Assembled

• Unassembled 
  • The bed is shipped flat-packed in two boxes, strapped to a pallet.
  • Box one contains cabinet bed parts and box two contains a compressed rolled mattress.
  • Assembly takes between 3/4 hour and 1 1/2 hours.
  • Assembly can be done by one person but two people are suggested.

• Fully Assembled
  • The bed is professionally assembled by a trained SDS team.
  • No assembly required!
  • The bed is inspected before shipping to make sure all parts are functioning and damage-free from the factory.
  • The mattress comes partially expanded inside the cabinet.
  • Ships in a new box strapped to a pallet.

You can cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the following return policy.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs.

• Note: the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused, and free of damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.

• Note: the cost of the return shipping and preparing the shipment for return is the customer's responsibility. Refund amounts are based on the condition the bed is returned.

How to Care for Wood Furniture:

• Wipe down weekly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Be sure to wipe dry.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, household cleaners, or abrasives as they may damage the finish.

How to Care for Your Mattress:

• Vacuuming is the recommended regular cleaning method. If you must clean a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly, allowing the mattress time to fully air dry.
• If you need to, certain mattress covers can be removed and washed in cold water and line dried.
